by the "HTML Barcode Generator" with attribution of HTML Barcode Generator to searchupc.com
(with link).

11. SearchUPC.com's web service API allows you to search UPC OR GTIN number and
display the results, In order to successfully utilize the service you must be a
registered member with an access token. Even though the service is free to use now,
SearchUPC.com reserves the rights change this service at its own discretion.
12. When using the API in batch mode or in threaded software, please limit the number of requests
to be 40 / minute to keep the environment healthy.
